Planting Cherry Trees

In June 2019, our community came together to plant Montmorency cherry trees as a symbol of good fortune, new beginnings, and revival.

​

These trees also symbolize the concept of environmental sustainability and are part of the City of Boulder's Urban Forestry Strategic Plan, which is diversifying tree canopy in face of Emerald Ash Borer.
